Gand Dinner

• It was arranged by Department of Energy Science and Engineering on Guest House
• The event was supposed to start at 7:15PM but started at around 8PM. Our VC sir arrived late. He was busy.
• All the students of ESE from batch 2K19 to 2K23 were invited in the event.
• Students of 2K23 got gifts and flowers.
• I enjoyed the program very much.

First Lab Quiz

• I performed poorly in the quiz.

Energy Indoor Tournament

I took part in UNO, Chess and Ludo. But unfortunately I lost in all of them.

• In UNO, 3 cards were left.
• In chess, timer ran out.
• In Ludo, bought only 2 tokens to the finish.

Energy Fest 1.0

• Today I attended Energy Fest 1.0 organized by Depertment of Energy Science and Engineering, KUET.
• It had 3 segments on competition: Case Competition, Poster Presentation and CAD competition.
• Students form many universities participated in the competition.
• In the evening price giving ceremony was held. At the starting of the ceremony our honorable teachers, guests and senior brothers kept valuable speech.
• The event ended at around 09:45 PM

Annual Feast 2024

Dinner

• The program started at 07: 30 AM
• Vice Chancellor, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Hall provost kept speech at the starting of the event.
• I sat on table 30 (1st Batch) with some of my friends from ESE department.

Onuronon 7th Season

• Taday I attended the musical program
• I want there at 7:10 PM
• There the singers sang many Bangla, English and Hindi songs.
• Most of the songs were new to me.
• I left the program at 10:30 PM

Hall Orientation

• The program started at 6:00 PM
• Our honorable vice chancellor, hall provost, DSW sir and senior brothers kept valuable speech.
• The name of our hall was officially changed from “বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান হল” to “শহীদ স্মৃতি হল”।
• The program had 2 parts. I left after the first part ended at around 07:30 PM
• Vice chancellor sir gave us gifts. I was the first person to receive gift from his hands.
• Everyone got a keychain, a file and a Rajnigdha flower.
• At the end of first part, they gave us a packet of Biriyani and a bottle of water.

First Class Test

• Mizan Sir took the test at 02:00 PM Mechanical Engineering Building, room no 108

  • Marks: 20
  • Topic: Introduction to Energy, Solar Energy
• The exam didn’t go well for me.

Seerah Conference

• Today I attended the Seerah Conference that was held in the central field of KUET
• I went there at 5:00 PM and returned home at 11:45 PM.
• A huge number of students, some teachers and many local people attended the conference.
• Many Islamic Scholars including Sheikh Ahmadullah kept valuable speech there.
• I learned many things related to life and Islam.

Inter University Dance Fest 6

• Today I went to Inter University Dance Fest 6.
• It was held inside Student Welfare Center.
• Students and dancing clubs from many universities participated in this fest to showcase their dancing skills.
• Many students of our university also performed.
• One of my classmates, Nazia, also participated in several dances. Her performance was really nice.
• I was amazed by how skillful they were.

Rollmate

Today I met with my rollmate in the cafeteria. She is a very nice person. We talked for a while on various topics related to study, future plan and our respective hometowns.

She gave me her first-year books, notes and questions from both semester.

She also gave me a treat. But she generously allowed me choose the menu.

Today I attended the orientation program of Protiddhoni (প্রতিধ্বনি) Club. It was the first program outside academics that I attended. It’s a music club. My seniors and batch mates sang songs and played various musical instruments. Though most of the songs were new to me, I enjoyed every song. Everyone were very nice and friendly. I greatly enjoyed the program.
